Preamble
In order to establish a harmonized and fair gaming experience, it is useful to establish rules.
These rules are described as the Community Standards, which encompasses both the game and game-related services, such as, but not limited to, the forum.
These rules supplement, but do not replace any other regulations in force. If there are conflicting rules, the most recent prevails.

Definition

"Longmire": limited liability company under French law, the legal notices of which are indicated at the bottom of this site.

"War Operation": registered trademark (TM) of video games and computer software.

"Game": video game computer software encompassing a series of software under the registered trademark: War Operation.

“Service”: electronic and computer scheme providing access to the game and data relating to the game as well as its associated software.

“Player”: any natural or legal person who has registered on the forum or who has been granted an end user license for one of the War Operation game series.

“User”: any natural or legal person using the services and software associated with the game, including the game.
I - Public Dissemination

Posting, writing or disseminating through the tools of the game and associated software content that is racist, discriminatory, inciting hatred, blasphemous and sexual is strictly prohibited.

Posting, writing or disseminating through the tools of the game and associated software promotional content, whatever its nature, is not tolerated.

Promotion of games and software other than games and software associated with developers and producers is strictly prohibited.

Posting, writing or disseminating through the tools of the game and associated software content protected by intellectual property, copyright and any other element that infringes the content owners is strictly prohibited.

Posting, writing or disseminating through the tools of the game and associated software personal information about someone on our services that the person has not made public on our services, whatever his consent, is strictly prohibited.

Threatening to disclose private information or inducing others to do so is strictly prohibited.

You cannot share private media, such as images or videos of individuals. However, we recognize that there are instances where users may share images or videos of individuals, who are not public figures, as part of a newsworthy event or to further public discourse on issues or events of public interest. In such cases, we may allow media to remain on our services.

In any case : posting, writing or disseminating publicly through the tools of the game and associated software : official identity documents or its informations, private addresses or any content showing a private address, financial account informations including bank account and credit card details, biometric data or medical records is strictly prohibited.

II - Access to the Services

Access to the services and its availability, including for uploaded files, are not guaranteed.

Access to services must be done in a normal and in a non-relentless way. Full access to a forum profile requires confirmation of a valid email.

The multiple connection attempt over a very short time will be considered as disruptive and therefore be punished. Aggravated when it comes to a denial of service attack.

You are only allowed to have one forum account. The use of multiple forum accounts is not tolerated. Excepted for ban appeal.

Committing or organizing any form of crime while using any of the services will result in the permanent revocation of your access and a report to your local authority. This ranges from committing or organizing real crimes online in terms of sharing illicit or illegal material to engaging in illegal activities.
III - Behaviour

Excessive abuse, harassment, or negative/toxic behaviour that is harmful to the community will not be tolerated. Do not bully or overtly harass other players.

Do not pretend to be someone or something you are not. Impersonating someone is strictly prohibited. Aggravated when it aims to cause harm to Longmire and its services.

Do not verbally abuse anyone.

The game sets up a neutral and educational intuitive consultation of elements that can be linked to represent illegal activities, such as the representation of organizations recognized as terrorists by certain countries. It is necessary to understand the neutral and educational aspect of these elements which absolutely cannot be the subject of any promotion on our services. For example: A user can publish a flag of a terrorist organization only if he intends to make a neutral and educational commentary on it. Posting this same flag without comment or justification will be considered promotional and therefore strictly prohibited.

Childish and harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

Public criticism of the game and its services is permitted on condition that it is constructive and not disparaging.

Public criticism towards Staff/Admin and Longmire Officials is tolerated on condition that it relates to the game and its services.

Execution or injection of code, decompilation, reverse engineering, decompilation or access to any element alone without its support, resale, rental, pay-to-play, malicious intentional modification of game files and related services is strictly prohibited. Aggravated when it harms Longmire and its partners.

Cheating, promoting cheating, attempting to cheat by any means whatsoever, deliberately altering visuals or controls, injecting DLL libraries or any other software with a view to cheating or not, the use or sharing of pirated licenses, the exploitation of a known or unknown bug, direct access to database servers without going through the original support, the interception of data is strictly prohibited.

Not reporting a bug that could cause harm will make you bear the responsibility if discovered.

Do not abuse the reporting features of the game and its related services, or you will have that privilege revoked. Slanderously reporting a user will get you punished at the same level as the harm they could have caused if true.
IV - Penalties
There are several types of punishments with several levels of severity. From a simple warning to legal prosecution.
It is said to be "preventive" when it comes to a temporary restriction of privileges, and "punitive" when it comes to complete revocation.

Preventive, it can be an official warning, a temporary or permanent mute, a kick, the removal of a comment or content.

Punitive, the ban is materialized by a complete or partial revocation of access to online services. It can be temporary or permanent.

Legal, when the subject is serious or aggravated and require legal proceedings, therefore all of the services are revoked permanently for the violator.

The application of penalties is subordinate to the immediate and well-founded decision of the depositary. By depositary, we mean custodian of the preventive and/or punitive power given by the Longmire Officials.

Any decision can be appealed only if the applicant puts forward his honesty and his repentance, or if he is the victim of proven injustice.

Users subject to legal action by Longmire cannot appeal. They are permanently revoked.

The intervention of a Longmire HQ puts an immediate end to any appeal or debates. Their decision is final.
Players who do not comply with these community standards may have their end user license revoked by the materialization of a ban from access to the game's online services and associated software.
Users may also be subject to legal proceedings, particularly in the event of violation of intellectual and copyright rights, whether or not it causes prejudice, in this case all information relating to the player and/or the user will be transmitted to the competent authorities.
In any case, when the violation is considered to be aggravated, it will be subject of a mandatory procedure for legal action.
